ORDER

PER CURIAM

Relator Michelle Calk has filed a petition for writ of mandamus through which she asserts that the trial court has not complied with its ministerial duty to release a cash bond. See TEX. CODE CRIM. PROC. ANN. art 17.02. The Court requests that the real party in interest, the State of Texas, acting by and through Constance Filley Johnson, the Criminal District Attorney for Victoria County, or any others whose interest would be directly affected by the relief sought, including but not limited to Trenton Taylor, file a response to the petition for writ of mandamus on or before the expiration of ten days from the date of this order. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.2, 52.4, 52.8.
