Before the Court is appellant's March 27, 2024 motion requesting the reporter's record from the February 2, 2024 hearing conducted on her motion for new trial. We GRANT the motion and ORDER Official Court Reporter Glenda Finkley to file the reporter's record of the February 2, 2024 hearing on or before April 17, 2024. Appellant's opening brief will be due within thirty days after Ms. Finkley files the requested reporter's record.
Also before the Court is appellant's March 27, 2024 motion to exceed the word count for her opening brief by 5,009 words. We GRANT the request. Appellant's opening brief may contain no more than 20,009 words.
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Finkley and all parties.
