Summary of Misconduct:
Mr. Bub, who was licensed in 1990, was censured. He charged his client, an insurance company, an excessive fee for doing preparatory work for an appeal that ultimately settled before any briefs were filed.
Order of the Court:
The motion by the Administrator of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission to approve and confirm the report and recommendation of the Hearing Board is allowed, and respondent Michael Edward Bub is censured.
