PER CURIAM

Conditional reinstatement granted. See per curiam.

Weimer, C.J., dissents and would remand to Disciplinary Board for further review.

Genovese, J., dissents and would remand to Disciplinary Board for further review. Considering the report and recommendation of the hearing committee as well as the record of these proceedings, we find respondent is entitled to be reinstated to the practice of law subject to a two-year period of supervised probation with the following conditions:

(1) The ODC shall appoint a probation monitor to for a period of two years;

(2) The ODC shall appoint a certified public accountant to conduct quarterly audits during the probationary period of respondent's trust account and report the finding of such audits;

(3) In additional to her normal mandatory continuing legal education requirements, respondent shall attend and successfully complete an additional twelve hours of mandatory continuing legal education during the course of her probationary period.

Any failure to comply with these conditions or any misconduct during the probationary period may be grounds for immediate revocation of respondent's conditional reinstatement or other discipline, as appropriate.
