IN RE MELISSA BLASSINGAME BROOKS, Relator

ORIGINAL PROCEEDING WRIT OF MANDAMUS 165th District Court Harris County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 2021-45471

Panel consists of Justices Jewell, Bourliot, and Zimmerer.

ORDER

PER CURIAM

On March 14, 2022, we instructed the trial court that, unless by March 21, 2023, it vacated an August 13, 2022, order denying relator's motion to transfer venue and signed an order transferring the underlying trial court proceeding to Howard County, a writ of mandamus would issue. On March 29, 2023, relator's counsel filed a letter with this court that indicated the trial court's staff had been unclear as to whether the trial court had signed an order or orders consistent with this court's instructions and with our January 10, 2023, opinion.

Accordingly, the Harris County District Clerk is directed to file a supplemental record on or before April 18, 2023 containing any order or orders signed after our January 10, 2023 opinion.

If such orders are not part of the case file, the district clerk is directed to file a supplemental mandamus record containing a certified statement that such orders are not a part of the case file.
