MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULING.

On January 17, 2013, this court found Dennis R. Brock to be a vexatious litigator under S.Ct.Prac.R. 4.03(B). This court further ordered that Brock was prohibited from continuing or instituting legal proceedings in the court without obtaining leave. On June 4, 2015, Brock presented a motion for leave to request Civ.R. 60(B) relief from the judgment entry of May 29, 2015, in case No. 2015-0733.

It is ordered by the court that the motion for leave to request is denied.

It is further ordered that to the extent Brock intended the May 6, 2015 "motion for leave to file motion challenging dismissal of allowed writ of habeas corpus not a final appealable order" to be a motion for leave to file an appeal, that motion is also denied.
