Before the Court is relator's September 29, 2020 petition for writ of mandamus and request for emergency relief. On the Court's own motion, we STAY the trial court's September 23, 2020 order compelling production of Document No. 3 on the privilege log. This stay shall remain in effect pending resolution of this original proceeding.
