MEMORANDUM OPINION
Relators, John Branch, Robert Savely, John Ferguson, Gayle Yoder, and Vince Johnson filed a petition for writ of mandamus challenging respondent's October 14, 2008 order denying relators' motion to quash and denying, in part, and granting, in part, relators' motion for protection. Relators also filed an emergency motion for temporary relief.
The respondent is The Honorable R. Jack Cagle of the County Civil Court at Law No. 1 of Harris County. The underlying suit is Clear Lake City Water Authority v. Clear Lake Country Club, L.P. and Textron Financial Corporation, No. 890,796 (County Civil Court at Law No. 1, Harris County, Tex.).
We deny the petition for writ of mandamus and the emergency motion for temporary relief.
