Motion to file document under seal denied
The Attorney General's “Application to File the Unredacted Informal Response and Petitioner's Medical Records Under Seal” filed on August 18, 2022, is denied. (See Cal. Rules of Court, rules 2.550, 2.551, and 8.46.) The Attorney General must notify the Clerk of this court within 10 days if the Informal Response and its exhibits (lodged conditionally under seal on August 18, 2022) should be filed unsealed as part of the public record. (See Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.46(d)(7).)
