MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator requests the Court to issue a writ of mandamus ordering the court clerk to produce the record in his criminal cases. This Court does not have jurisdiction over this matter. See Tex. Gov't Code Ann. § 22.221 (Vernon 2004) (court of appeals has jurisdiction to issue writs of mandamus against district and county court judges, a district court judge acting as a magistrate in a court of inquiry, and to enforce this Court's jurisdiction). Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES this original proceeding. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8.
