MOTION DECISION

Petitioner, Jeanine Botwe, having applied for admission as an attorney and counselor-at-law in the State of New York, And the Committee on Character & Fitness (Veronica Guerrero, of counsel) having transmitted to this Court the Subcommittee Report, dated September 30, 2022, recommending that petitioner's application be granted, the vote tally sheets of the Committee confirming the recommendation of the Subcommittee, and a Certificate Recommending Admission dated November 7, 2022, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the application, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is unanimously, ORDERED that the Certificate Recommending Admission is accepted and petitioner's application for admission to practice as an attorney and counselor-at-law in the State of New York is granted.
