IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF RICHARD BOLING
Richard Boling, of Hopkinsville, Kentucky, having been suspended from the practice of law in this Court by order of February 26, 2024; and a rule having been issued requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; and the time to file a response having expired;
It is ordered that Richard Boling is disbarred from the practice of law in this Court.
