The clerk's record in this termination of parental rights case is overdue. By postcard dated December 21, 2022, we notified the Dallas County District Clerk that the clerk's record was overdue and directed the clerk's record to be filed within ten days. To date, the clerk's record has not been filed.

So that this appeal can be handled expeditiously as required by statue, we ORDER the Dallas County District Clerk to file the clerk's record by January 11, 2023. If the record is not filed by the date specified, we may utilize available remedies to obtain the clerk's record in this case.
