Opinion

No. 05-07-00870-CV

Opinion Issued July 18, 2007.

Original Proceeding from the 95th Judicial District Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 04-08784.

Before Justices MORRIS, RICHTER, and MAZZANT.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator contends the trial court abused its discretion in ordering the production of a confidential settlement agreement. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them here. The petition is deficient and relator has not shown that the trial court has abused its discretion. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.3, 52.7, and 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-44 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding). Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
