ORDER
Asserting the reporter's record filed January 11, 2016 is incomplete and the missing record has been requested, appellant has filed an unopposed motion seeking an extension of time to file his brief to thirty days after the filing of the supplemental reporter's record. The Court GRANTS the motion, ORDERS court reporter Indu Bailey to file the requested supplemental record no later than February 8, 2016, and ORDERS appellant to file his brief no later than March 9, 2016.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Bailey and the parties.
