Opinion

No. 05-03-00946-CV.

Opinion issued July 1, 2003.

Original Proceeding from the 256th Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. DF00-16365.

Writ of Mandamus Denied.

Before Justices MORRIS, WRIGHT, and BRIDGES.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator contends the trial judge erred in denying relator's motion to transfer venue. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Further, because all dispositive issues are clearly settled in law, we issue this memorandum opinion pursuant to rule 52.8(d) of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(d). Based on the record before us, we conclude relator has not shown the trial judge abused her discretion in denying the motion to transfer venue. Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-44 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding).
