ORDER DENYING AS UNNECESSARY DEBTOR'S MOTIONS FOR APPROVAL OF REAFFIRMATION AGREEMENT

This case is before the Court on Debtor's motions for approval of a Reaffirmation Agreement between Debtor and Wells Fargo Financial, Inc., filed on February 28, 2007 and March 28, 2007 (Docket ## 17 and 21). These motions are unnecessary because the presumption of undue hardship does not arise. 11 U.S.C. § 524(m)(1) therefore does not apply. And a hearing is not required under 11 U.S.C. § 524(d) because Debtor was represented by an attorney during the course of negotiating the Reaffirmation Agreement.

Accordingly,

IT IS ORDERED that Debtor's motions for approval of a Reaffirmation Agreement (Docket ## 17 and 21) are DENIED as unnecessary.
