ORDER


This 9th day of April 2009, the Court having received and considered a Supplemental and Amended Stipulation of Sanction by Consent, jointly submitted by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel, Matthew F. Boyer, Esquire, Andrew M. Lawler, Esquire, counsel admitted pro hac vice for David J. Bershad, and David J. Bershad, a lawyer who provided legal services in Delaware ("Respondent"), pursuant to Rule 17(e) of the Delaware Lawyers' Rules of Disciplinary Procedure, and the Court having received and considered an Affidavit of Consent signed by Respondent consenting to the sanction of the unconditional exclusion from the admission to or exercise of any privilege to practice law in Delaware as a final disposition,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT David J. Bershad is unconditionally excluded from the admission to or the exercise of any privilege to practice law in this State.
