MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator has filed in this Court a pro se petition for writ of mandamus. Relator requests this Court to issue a mandamus that instructs the respondent trial court judge to quash the indictment in trial court cause number 1241725 with prejudice.

Relator states in his petition that he is represented in trial court cause number 1241725 by appointed counsel, Jerald Graber.

Harris County Justice Information Records (JIMS) reflect that Jerald Graber was appointed to represent Morris Leon Bell in trial court cause number 1241725 on November 23, 2009. JIMS records reflect that on February 5, 2010, the trial court quashed the indictment in cause number 1241725.

The petition for writ of mandamus is denied.
