Original Mandamus Proceeding.

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2003-CI-10562 styled Beldon Roofing Co. v. Engles, filed in the 225th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas. The Honorable John J. Specia, Jr., is the presiding judge of the 225th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, but the Honorable Pat Priest signed the order that is the subject of this original proceeding.

Petition for Writ of Mandamus Dismissed.

MEMORANDUM OPINION


On November 24, 2004, relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus. On January 18, 2005, the parties filed a joint motion to dismiss the mandamus proceeding, stating that they have fully resolved and settled all issues in dispute. Accordingly, this original mandamus proceeding is DISMISSED. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.1(a)(2), 52.8. Costs of appeal are taxed against the parties who have incurred them.
