PER CURIAM

Relators have filed an unopposed motion to dismiss this original proceeding. In their motion, Relators state that the parties have resolved their dispute, and therefore this original proceeding is moot. Because Relators have met the requirements of Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 42.1(a)(1), the motion is granted, and the original proceeding is dismissed.Panel consisted of Worthen, C.J., Griffith, J., and Hoyle, J.

ON THIS DAY came to be heard the unopposed motion to dismiss the petition for writ of mandamus filed by TY BEARD, TRUSTEE OF THE MARTIN REVOCABLE TRUST, AND KIMBERLY MARTIN & ASSOCIATES, P.C., who are the relators in Cause No. 12-0334-C, pending on the docket of the 241st Judicial District Court of Smith County, Texas. This court having heard and fully considered said motion is of the opinion the same should be granted.

It is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED by this court that this unopposed motion to dismiss their petition for writ of mandamus be GRANTED, and the petition for writ of mandamus is DISMISSED.
