IN RE B.E. and G.E.

On Petition for Writ of Mandamus.

ORDER

Before Justices Hinojosa, Perkes, and Tijerina
Per Curiam Order

Relators B.E. and G.E. filed a petition for writ of mandamus in the above referenced cause through which they contend that the trial court abused its discretion by failing to grant relators' motion to transfer venue under the family code. See TEX. FAM. CODE ANN. § 155.201. The underlying suit affecting the parent-child relationship arises from trial court cause number 2018-FAM-0460-H in the 347th District Court of Nueces County, Texas, and concerns the termination of parental rights.

The Court requests that the real parties in interest, Melinda Finch, Crystal Deleon, Alejandro Gonzales III, and Amparo Martinez, or any others whose interest would be directly affected by the relief sought, file a response to the petition for writ of mandamus on or before the expiration of ten days from the date of this order. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.2, 52.4, 52.8.

IT IS SO ORDERED.

PER CURIAM Delivered and filed this ___ day of [date].
