MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULING
On appellant's motion to seal memorandum in support of jurisdiction.
Motion granted to the extent that the motion to seal, the memorandum in support, and all future documents filed in this case shall use initials in lieu of the full name for appellant and the alleged victim. The memorandum in support shall not be maintained under seal. The clerk of this court shall redact any portions of the motion to seal and memorandum in support that do not already use initials for appellant or the alleged victim.
