ORDER
On the Court's own motion, in light of the October 20, 2023 order of the Michigan Supreme Court remanding this case to this Court, appellant shall file a supplemental brief within 21 days after date of the Clerk's certification of this order addressing the issue identified in the Supreme Court's remand order: "whether the Grant Traverse Circuit Court clearly erred by concluding that termination of the respondent's parental rights was in the children's best interests. MCL 712A.19b(5)." In re Bates Minors, __Mich __(October 20, 2023) (Docket No. 165815). Appellees shall file supplemental briefs in response within 7 days of service of appellant's supplemental brief. Appellant may file a supplemental reply within 7 days of service of appellees' supplemental briefs.
