DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDING


After reviewing the findings and recommendations of the Hearing Committee and the Disciplinary Board; transcript, record, and briefs filed; as well as the arguments by the parties; it is ordered that Jack D. Barnett be suspended from the practice of law for a period of one year.

All costs of this proceeding are assessed to Barnett.

SUSPENSION ORDERED.
