Based on the Court's opinion of today's date, we DENY relator's Emergency Petition for Writ of Mandamus and DENY as moot relator's Emergency Motion for Temporary Relief Pending Action on Emergency Petition for Writ of Mandamus.

We also GRANT relator's Motion to Seal Court Records and direct the Clerk of the Court to place relator's petition for writ of mandamus, the accompanying record, and all documents filed in this proceeding under seal. 1
