ORDER
Before the Court is the parties' February 15, 2017 joint motion to lift temporary stay and abate appeal pursuant to settlement. We GRANT the motion, LIFT the Court's December 6, 2016 stay of all underlying proceedings related to the trial court's November 29, 2016 order, and ABATE this proceeding to permit proceedings in the trial court to effectuate the parties' settlement agreement. TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(2)(C).
