ORDER


AND NOW, this 19th day of January, 2011, by Opinion and Order of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals decided July 1, 2010, Mohamed Sadu Bah was suspended from the practice of law in the District of Columbia for a period of thirty days with the suspension stayed, followed by a one-year period of supervised probation with conditions; the said Mohamed Sadu Bah was directed on October 4, 2010, to inform this Court of any claim he has that the imposition of the identical or comparable discipline in this Commonwealth would be unwarranted and the reasons therefor; and upon consideration of the responses filed, this Court hereby imposes reciprocal discipline in this Commonwealth consistent with that imposed by Opinion and Order of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals decided July 1, 2010.
