ORDER

Veronica Rivas-Molloy, Judge. s On December 15, 2023, the Texas Supreme Court issued its opinion in In re RJG, No. 22-0451, 2023 WL 8655998 (Tex. Dec. 15, 2023). If they wish, the parties may file letter briefs addressing the impact, if any, of In re RJG on the pending appeal. Any letter briefs must be filed by no later than Friday, January 5, 2024.

Because this appeal involves termination of the parent-child relationship, we must bring the appeal to final disposition by no later than January 15, 2024. See TEX. R. JUD. ADMIN. 6.2, reprinted in TEX. GOV'T CODE ANN., tit. 2, subtit. F app. (requiring courts to bring appeals involving termination of parent-child relationship to final disposition within 180 days of date notice of appeal was filed, so far as reasonably possible).

No extensions will be granted absent extraordinary circumstances. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.6(d).

It is so ORDERED.
