We REINSTATE this appeal as the trial court has held the hearing for which we abated and, in accordance with the parties' settlement agreement, vacated its May 11, 2022 order in suit to modify parent-child relationship and signed an agreed modification order. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(2)(C).

The appeal will be dismissed in due course. See id.
