IN THE INTEREST OF A.Y., A CHILD

On Appeal from the 325th District Court Tarrant County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 325-729854-23.

ORDER

BILL PEDERSEN, III, JUSTICE

On May 29, 2024, we struck appellant's brief because it did not meet the general requirements of certain appellate rules and ordered appellant to file a compliant brief. Although the brief has not been filed and is not yet due, appellee has filed an unopposed motion to extend time to file her brief.

Because appellant's brief was stricken and a conforming brief has not yet been filed, the deadline for filing appellee's brief has not been triggered. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.6(b). Accordingly, we DENY the motion as premature.
