ORDER

Per Curiam

Relator Aviserv, LLC filed a petition for writ of mandamus asserting that the trial court has abused its discretion by failing to rule on competing motions for summary judgment in a timely manner. The Court requests the real party in interest, the Cameron County Appraisal District, acting by and through Chief Appraiser Richard Molina, or any others whose interest may be affected by the relief sought, to file a response to the petition for writ of mandamus on or before the expiration of ten (10) days from the date of this order. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.2, 52.4, 52.8.
