Summary of Misconduct:

Mr. Aulston, who was licensed in Illinois in 1995, was suspended for three years and until further order of the Court. He concealed his previous disciplinary history, including a disbarment in Louisiana, on two applications for admission to practice law, one in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and the other in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, where he also failed to disclose discipline imposed in Illinois in 2002 and where he was held in criminal contempt due to the dishonest application. He also engaged in the unauthorized practice of law in Michigan.


Order of the Court:

The petition by the Administrator of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission to impose discipline on consent pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 762(b) is allowed, and respondent Robert P. Aulston III is suspended from the practice of law for three years and until further order of the Court.
