STIPULATION AND ORDER


WHEREAS, Class Member Louis Glick has appealed the District Court's orders dated January 5, 2005 and January 14, 2005, and the parties to the appeal, after reviewing the docket sheet for accuracy and completeness, have determined that certain submissions to the Court are not included in the Court's docket.

NOW, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between the parties below, as follows:

1. Upon the District Court's approval hereof, the Clerk of the Court is directed to file, docket, and enter the attached documents, all of which were submitted to either Magistrate Judge Ronald L. Ellis or District Judge Lewis A. Kaplan.

2. This Stipulation may be signed in counterparts and facsimile signatures shall be accepted as original signatures.

So Ordered.
