ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO FINALIZE DISTRIBUTION OF SETTLEMETN FUND AND VOID CHECKS PURSUANT TO THE COURT'S JANUARY 5, 2005, RULING
Having reviewed Lead Counsel's Notice Of Motion And Motion to Finalize Distribution of Settlement Fund and Void Checks Pursuant to the Court's January 5, 2005, Ruling, the Final Distribution Report Regarding Timely Claims prepared by The Garden City Group, Inc., and accompanying exhibits (the "GCG Report"), and good cause appearing, it is hereby ORDERED that, pursuant to the Court's January 5, 2005, Order,
(i) a final distribution to timely claimants is authorized in the amount of $13,751,736.82 in cash and $4,138,257 in face value of certificates allocated among the 920 timely unpaid claims identified in Ex. A to the GCG Report in the amounts corresponding to each claim set forth on that Exhibit.
(ii) Garden City Group, Inc. is authorized to void each of the stale checks set forth in Exhibit B and C to the GCG Report.
