WHEREAS, Class Member Louis Glick has appealed the District Court's orders dated January 5, 14, and 22, 2005, and the parties to the appeal, after reviewing the docket sheet for accuracy and completeness, have determined that the enclosed submission to the Court was not included in the Court's docket.

NOW, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between the parties below, as follows:

1. Upon the District Court's approval hereof, the Clerk of the Court is directed to file, docket, and enter the attached document, which was submitted to Magistrate Judge Ronald L. Ellis.
