IN RE AT&T SERVICES, INC., SOUTHWESTERN BELL TELEPHONE COMPANY D/B/A AT&T TEXAS, AND AT&T, INC., Relators

Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus

Panel consists of Chief Justice Radack and Justices Countiss and Farris.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM.

On December 9, 2021, relators, AT&T Services, Inc., Southwestern Bell Telephone Company d/b/a AT&T Texas, and AT&T, Inc., filed a petition for writ of mandamus, seeking to have this Court reverse the trial court's order that granted discovery of net-worth information. On February 10, 2022, relators notified this Court the parties had reached a full and final settlement of the issues in this proceeding and that they no longer wish to pursue this mandamus proceeding. We construe relators' notice as a motion to dismiss.

The underlying case is Juan Carlos Ochoa Gonzalez, as Representative of the Estate of Rigoberto Ochoa and Iracema Chavez, as Next Friend of G.O., a Minor Child v. Master Construction: The New Generation, Alberto Hernandez and Glenda Rodas, cause number 20-DCV-273123, pending in the 458th District Court of Fort Bend County, Texas, the Honorable Robert L. Rolnick presiding.

Accordingly, we withdraw our December 10, 2021 order staying the production of net worth information, and we grant relators' motion and dismiss the petition for writ of mandamus. We dismiss all other pending motions as moot.
