ORDER
Douglas B. Shapiro, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motion to extend time to file appellant's brief is DENIED as moot. Appellant sought an extension until 7 days after the receipt of the February 26, 2020 hearing transcript. Appellant's counsel was notified by the court reporter of the transcript's filing on February 23, 2022 and the sought extension would have expired on March 3, 2022. The Clerk of the Court shall place this case on the involuntary dismissal docket without further notice to the parties if the appellant's brief is not filed within 14 days of the Clerk's certification of this order.
