The Chief Judge of Division One of the Arizona Court of Appeals has requested the assignment of judges of the Superior Court of Arizona to serve in that court to aid and assist in the consideration and disposition of a calendar in October, 2008. Therefore, pursuant to Article 6, Section 3, of the Arizona Constitution,
IT IS ORDERED that, in addition to their regular duties as judges of the Superior Court of Arizona, the following individuals are assigned as designated by the Chief Judge:
Honorable Pendleton Gaines Honorable Christopher Whitten Honorable Andrew W. Gould Honorable Eileen Willett Honorable Mark Wayne Reeves Honorable David K. Udall Honorable Peter B. Swann
While serving as judges in the Court of Appeals, Division I, the above named judges shall have all of the powers and duties of a judge of the Court of Appeals. These powers and duties shall extend beyond the period of these assignments for the purpose of hearing and determining any proceeding necessary to a final determination of a cause heard in whole or in part during the period of these assignments.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that these assignments are conditioned upon the agreement by the above-named judges to serve in Division One of the Arizona Court of Appeals for any matters designated and to do so for no additional compensation or benefits, fiscal or otherwise.
