DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION
Application by Alla Ashkinazi, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on October 24, 2001, to change her name the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Alla Ludden.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Alla Ashkinazi to Alla Ludden, effective immediately.
