IN RE A.S.

On Petition for Writ of Mandamus.

Before Contreras Chief Justice and Silva and Peña Justices

ORDER

PER CURIAM

On May 19, relator A.S. filed a petition for writ of mandamus through which she asserts that "[t]he [t]rial [c]ourt abused its discretion by issuing an ex parte temporary restraining order after the child's initial removal and the adversary hearing as mandated within the procedural framework of Chapter 262" of the Texas Family Code. See Tex. Fam. Code Ann. §§ 262.001-.417. The Court requests that the real parties in interest, the Department of Family and Protective Services and attorney ad litem, Julie Hale, or any others whose interest might be directly affected by the relief sought, including but not limited to W.D., guardian ad litem Marla Darilek, and M.J., to file a response to the petition for writ of mandamus within three days from the date of this order. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.4, 52.8. Given the exigent nature of the case, no extensions of time will be allowed.
