BILL PEDERSEN, III JUSTICE.
By order of October 28, 2021, we struck, as inaccurate, volumes 9 through 13 of the fifteen-volume reporter's record filed October 7, 2021 and directed corrected volumes be filed. On November 10, 2021, a corrected reporter's record was filed containing all fifteen volumes. To avoid confusion, we STRIKE the remaining volumes of the October 7th record. Any references to the reporter's record in the parties' briefs shall be to the November 10th record.
