Hon. Sam Pope of Hamburg, Circuit Judge, Tenth Judicial Circuit; David Gibbons of Russellville, Prosecuting Attorney of the Fifth Judicial Circuit; and Hon. Olly Neal of Marianna, Arkansas Court of Appeals, Retired, are reappointed to our Committee on Criminal Practice for three-year terms to expire on January 31, 2014. We thank them for their continued service.
We also extend a special thanks to Judge Pope for his service as the committee's former chair. We designate Judge Duncan Culpepper of Prescott, a current member of the committee, to serve as the new chair and thank him for assuming these duties.
