PER CURIAM:

AND NOW, this 24^th day of October, 2005, upon certification to this Court that the members of the Court of Common Pleas York County convened for the purpose of electing a President Judge and that said election resulted in a tie vote between The Honorable Penny L. Blackwell and The Honorable Richard K. Renn, this Court hereby appoints, pursuant to Pa.R.J.A. 706(b), The Honorable Richard K. Renn as President Judge of the Court of Common Pleas York County for a five-year term to commence on January 2, 2006.
