Administrative Order No. 2008-62

In accordance with the administrative authority vested in the Supreme Court by Article VI, § 3 of the Arizona Constitution, and in compliance with Arizona Supreme Court Rule 31 and Arizona Code of Judicial Administration §§ 7-201 and 7-208, the Chief Justice is responsible for appointing the members of the Board of Legal Document Preparers and may reappoint members for successive three-year terms.
On November 28, 2006, via Administrative Order No. 2006-109, Cynthia Felton was appointed as a legal document preparer member of the Board to serve a 1.5 year term. On June 25, 2007, via Administrative Order No. 2007-50, Stephanie Gates Wolf was appointed as a public member of the Board to serve a 1 year term. The terms of members Cynthia Felton and Stephanie Gates Wolf expired June 30, 2008. Both Ms. Felton and Ms. Gates Wolf are eligible for and have expressed a desire in continued service on the Board. Therefore, after due consideration,
IT IS ORDERED that Cynthia Felton is reappointed as a legal document preparer member and Stephanie Gates Wolfe is reappointed as a public member of the Board of Legal Document Preparers for three-year terms ending June 30, 2011.
