IN THE MATTER OF APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE COMMISSION ON COURTS OF LIMITED JURISDICTION
ORDER
Charlie Harball is retiring his position as the city attorney member on the Commission on Courts of Limited Jurisdiction.
Mr. Harball and the Commission have recommended Jeff Hindoien, Great Falls City Attorney, be appointed as the city attorney member.
The term of the Scott Twito as the county attorney member will expire on June 30, 2022. Mr. Twito is willing to serve another term.
THEREFORE, with the consent of the appointees, and Court's thanks for Mr. Harball's and Mr. Twito's dedicated service to the Commission, to the Court, and to the people of Montana, IT IS ORDERED that Jeff Hindoien, Great Falls City Attorney, is appointed to the Commission as the city attorney member for a four-year term ending on June 30, 2026.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Scott Twito, Yellowstone County Attorney, is reappointed to the Commission as the county attorney member for a four-year term ending on June 30, 2026.
The Clerk is directed to provide a copy of this Order to Charles Harball, Jeff Hindoien, Scott Twito, each member of the Commission on Courts of Limited Jurisdiction, Shauna Ryan, Judicial Educator, and the State Bar of Montana.
