In accordance with the Arizona Code of Judicial Administration § 6-114, which established the Committee on Probation, the Chief Justice is responsible for appointing members to the Committee on Probation. Ray Garcia was appointed to the Committee by virtue of his position as Acting Gila County Chief Probation Officer. The position has since been filled by Kendall Rhyne. Therefore, after due consideration,

IT IS ORDERED that Kendall Rhyne is appointed to the Committee on Probation by virtue of his position as Gila County Chief Probation Officer and will serve as long as he holds this position.
