Miscellaneous Dismissals.
This cause is pending before the court as an appeal from the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio.
Upon consideration of appellant's application for dismissal, it is ordered by the court that the application for dismissal is granted. Accordingly, this cause is dismissed.
Administrative Actions
An amendment to Rule 4, 4(F) of the Ohio Code of Judicial Conduct (campaign solicitations and contributions) has been adopted, effective August 9, 2011.
The final version of the amendment will be published in the August 29, 2011 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet.
