ORDER
BILL PEDERSEN, III JUSTICE.
Before the Court is appellant's unopposed motion to extend time to file his brief and supplement the clerk's record with a copy of his proposed "Order on Verified Petition for Deposition Before Suit", which was filed April 30, 2024. We GRANT the motion TO THE EXTENT THAT we ORDER Dallas County District Clerk Felicia Pitre to file a supplemental clerk's record containing a copy of the proposed order no later than July 22, 2024. The supplemental clerk's record shall also contain a signed copy of the trial court's May 2, 2024 judgment.
Because the deadline for filing appellant's brief is not triggered until the appellate record is complete, we RESET the deadline for the filing of the brief to thirty days from the date the supplemental record is filed.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Pitre and the parties.
