DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Jesse R. R., and separate appeal by Deyonna K. S., from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated September 17, 2021.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in proceedings pursuant Social Services Law § 384- b (see Family Ct Act § 1112, 11 21; Matter of Sheldon D. G., 6 A.D.3d 613; see also Matter of Alyssa L. [Deborah K.], 93 A.D.3d 1083, 1084-1085), and leave to appeal has not been granted.
